We are seeking a skilled Lead Power Platform Engineer to become part of our team at the Local Tech Hub in Romania.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions by designing, developing, and implementing the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and deliver groundbreaking solutions
• Handle intricate integrations and extensive implementations within Ahold Delhaize's varied IT environment
• Create and manage PowerShell scripts to streamline and enhance Power Platform operations
• Employ Azure services, such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions, to amplify Power Platform functionalities
• Aid other IT users by addressing and resolving complex technical problems related to Power Platform and Azure
• Engage in the entire software development life cycle, from concept creation to deployment, leveraging state-of-the-art technology
• Trial the latest features in Private Preview, devising inventive solutions to satisfy business requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for supporting automation and process enhancement
• Background in Azure development incorporating Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of supporting other IT users in addressing complex technical problems
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure elements (VM, vNet, etc.)
• Understanding of the Power Platform Admin Center
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements to produce efficient solutions
• Qualifications in continuous improvement and skill enhancement, with the flexibility to rapidly adopt new technologies and concepts
• Showcase of custom application and automation development that advance business processes
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
