Lead Business Analyst

As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll manage product backlogs, structure digital programs, and consolidate requirements for our life sciences client, a leader in the pharmaceutical space.
The ideal candidate should possess strong product management expertise, possessing either a robust background in business analysis or experience in project management with a product-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and prepare product backlogs
• Structure and consolidate requirements for digital programs
• Collaborate closely with the pharmaceutical client stakeholder (on-site approximately 2 times a week), our account manager, and the delivery team
• Participate in Agile processes, primarily focusing on backlog preparation

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in business analysis and consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical and medical devices/technology industry
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into functional specifications
• Background in market research, competitor analysis, project management software, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enhancement of business processes and systems
• Practical knowledge of business operations and processes, as well as Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and Japanese at a fluent level)
