We are looking for a Lead ABAP Developer to join our dynamic IT team.
This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in the design, analysis, and development of SAP implementation projects. As a Lead ABAP Developer, you will work closely with functional consultants to enhance business capabilities within our SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and evolving our internal systems with custom ABAP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of application solutions in SAP Logistics and Finance modules
• Design and execute enhancements using user-exits, BADIs, implicit enhancements, module pools, and output forms
• Create and manage ALV reports, ABAP OOPS, data dictionary, and BAPIs
• Build and maintain workflows, conversion/migration tools, interfaces, and SAP queries
• Develop and enhance pricing routings, web dynpro, MDM development, WEB repository, and portal components
• Tailor and expand ABAP CDS Views, ABAP ODATA Models, the switch framework, and authorization objects
• Enhance standard FIORI apps, create custom FIORI apps, manage FIORI floorplans, and utilize UI5 libraries
• Transition traditional ABAP programs into the S/4 HANA architecture and implement new development tools and code performance guidelines
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and follow established standards
• Provide technical support, mentorship, and leadership to junior developers

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation project analysis and design
• Proficiency in ABAP programming including Dialog Programming
• Competency in logistics, finance, EDI/ALE, SOAP, web services, SAP Fiori, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of SAP HANA technical concepts, architecture, and development tools
• Background in SAP business processes, including material management, purchasing, inventory management, and sales & distribution
• Experience in IS-RETAIL SAP projects preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and train a team

• Capability to design and implement SAP Screen Personas
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing or emerging environment
• Understanding of SAP Fiori app development using custom libraries and templates
