Enterprise Mobility's Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Creative Manager (In-House)!

The Creative Manager, In-House leads the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns and assets that support marketing objectives, business goals, and brand standards. This role oversees creative project delivery, resource allocation, workflow processes, and quality standards to ensure effective execution across multiple channels. The Creative Manager provides leadership to the In-House Creative team and works closely with the Creative Director to achieve campaign objectives. Additionally, this role manages and develops creative talent, establishes creative priorities and best practices, and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In partnership with Marketing and key stakeholders, the Creative Manager translates business needs into creative solutions that drive engagement, brand impact, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts into omni-channel campaigns and assets, ensuring creative excellence across all deliverables through strong storytelling, design quality, execution, brand consistency, and marketing effectiveness
  • Oversee creative and production projects from concept through delivery, managing project plans, resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, and approvals to ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns and business objectives
  • Manage and develop the creative team through performance management, coaching, mentorship, and creative reviews, driving individual growth, team effectiveness, and high-quality creative output
  • Establish and communicate creative priorities, standards, and best practices across the team and department, serving as a creative thought leader while reviewing, approving, and ensuring alignment of deliverables with brand standards, business objectives, and audience needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, stakeholders, and clients to develop creative solutions that support business objectives, customer needs, brand goals, and campaign performance
  • Present creative concepts and strategic thinking to Creative and Marketing leaders and key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts, strategies, and stakeholder presentations, supporting department operations and fostering consistent, high-quality creative performance
  • Maintain accurate workflow and project data and oversee workflow processes, conducting continuous evaluation to recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and apply relevant creative, cultural, and industry trends; recommending emerging techniques, resources, and process improvements, to elevate the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of creative work

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Art, Design, Communications, or other related degree
  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience leading concept development and integrated creative campaigns across multiple marketing channels, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, execution, and outcomes
  • Must be familiar with related creative marketing platforms or programs (i.e., Mac OSX, Microsoft 365, Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.)
  • Experience managing and developing teams, including performance management, coaching, and engagement
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with AirTable or other project management platforms
