Role Summary

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be embedded within our sales customer base team and become the subject matter expert for all things Revenue Operations. You'll be responsible for making Sales more informed and more effective in selling to our customers with a focus on areas including: forecasting, key metric creation and reporting, data hygiene, process standardization and rollout, and measuring Sales effectiveness. Successful employees will have an "own your own business" mentality.

What you will do:

  • Present key findings to Sales and senior leadership in ways that drive change
  • Manage hygiene of our Salesforce.com metrics, including key meetings, funnel, forecasting, and customer information
  • Evaluate and then add or remove key metrics for better visibility into the business
  • Determine operational cadence: what meetings are needed at what frequency?
  • Optimize Sales processes, roll out and enable new process
  • Using data and your own field knowledge, find ways to remove Sales roadblocks and allow our Sellers to drive more deals. This includes identifying content and training gaps, key product lines to focus on, and provide feedback on demand generation activities
  • Serve as trusted advisor providing strategic thinking to Sales org
  • Drive Account Planning, QBR, and MEDDPICC mechanisms

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales operations or a similar field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Expert in structuring, interpreting, and presenting data
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes, enabling data-driven decision-making and process optimization
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset, thriving as a self-starter in fast-changing, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clari experience
  • Experience working with Sales on the customer side (ie: supporting a Sales "Farmer" model)
  • Familiarity with Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other)
  • Experience in the technology or managed services industry

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $110,000.00K to $120,000.00K annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
