High-Level Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Operations Analyst to join our team. The Territory Operations Analyst, in collaboration with Field Operations leadership, will develop and communicate logistics solutions for operations and field inventory while supporting distribution channels including finished goods, Loaner Services, Returns and Reverse Logistics, Field Audit Services and Field Logistics Services. This role aims to ensure strong distribution channels that align with the department's strategic goals and support Enovis's mission.
This role involves analyzing operational strategies and optimizing field inventory processes at the corporate, regional, and agency levels. The Territory Operations Analyst will act as a primary operational liaison between US agency operations to enhance sales efficiency, improve operational processes, and maximize asset utilization with a high degree of focus of the launch, navigation, distribution and reassignment of company assets.
Success will be measured through key performance indicators, including service level metrics, inventory turnover, management of expired lots, loaner usage compliance, asset utilization, and overall cost of field operations, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels to support sales growth and order fulfillment. Additionally, the Territory Operations Analyst will take a leadership role in training and developing the Field Logistics Coordinator to advance the organization's field logistics strategies.
Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Possess knowledge of all Enovis Foot & Ankle product families and contents of surgical trays.
- Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.
- Analyze inventory activity in NetSuite ERP System.
- Work with Field Operations and Inventory Logistics leadership to create policies and work instructions that provide guidance and drive consistent operation practices in the field and within the Field Operations Department emphasizing a high degree of focus on inventory levels, excess, FEFO processes and expired lot management, audit preparation, kit utilization and allocation, and KPI development and compliance by the selling agencies.
- Perform system updates including QMS entries to ensure proper compliance is maintained.
- Work with Field Operations and Inventory Logistics leadership to allocate sets for product launch based on forecast and past sales as well as the reallocation of sets when necessary to achieve proper utilization criteria.
- Drive and analyze Field Inventory in our set utilization process by increasing our turns by product line across assigned region and supporting our commercial teams in maximizing our revenue growth.
- Analyze systems and system wide inventory levels, coordinate product movement, asset deployment, instrument placement and utilization to maximize sales and minimize costs by following progressive logistical strategies, policies, procedures and product placement methods.
- Support best practices and communicate audit preparation that yields less than 15% financial scrap accrual each year.
- Work with Field Operations and Inventory Logistics leadership and Sales Analyst to develop sound reporting metrics that drive utilization, reduce expired inventory in the field, and are available for internal and external distribution.
- Engage in training and mentoring Field Logistics Coordinators to support business needs and growth.
- Assist in developing field inventory PAR levels, including inventory minimums and maximums and the approval for inventory releases, PAR level changes or modifications and denials.
- Define, coordinate, and delegate all non-routine inventory projects.
- Organize team meetings to share information gleaned from agency on-site visits and document potential best practices that can be implemented at other sales agencies and locations.
- Attend regular team meetings and present KPI's on progress and regress at assigned territory locations.
- Define the scope of impactful projects that help further the department al objectives and oversee projects until they reach a successful level of completion.
- Travel to agency locations in assigned territory to assist in presentation of data metrics and support operational conversations.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years previous experience in a field inventory logistics position, preferably in a medical device company.
- General knowledge of distribution, supply chain, logistics and accounting.
- Ability to operate a computer and experience with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong mathematical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
- Must have legible handwriting.
Work environment | Physical demands:
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Ability to tug, pull, or lift up to twenty (25) pounds.

- Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer records.
- Experience with ERP software preferred (Oracle experience highly valued).
