What You'll Do
The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability, assisting production teams, and contributing to overall quality and safety standards .Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for all production equipment. Lead, coach, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical disciplines. Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce breakdowns. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of complex machinery and systems. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation efficiently. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and adopting new technologies to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and safety. -Minimum Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Proven experience managing maintenance teams and projects. Solid understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities; fluent in French and English Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
