ENOVIS is a global provider of high-quality orthopaedic devices with multiple divisions including Bracing & Supports, Surgical, Footcare, Healthcare Solutions, Recovery, and Consumer.

For the Recovery Sciences Division, leading in the electromedical sector, distributing the Chattanooga, Compex, Aircast, brands, with its Italian branch based in Milan, is looking for a Sales Territory Manager, Emilia Romagna and Tuscana.

Major duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the resource will hold commercial responsibility for the assigned territory, with the following objectives:

  • manage and grow their own client portfolio, building solid and lasting relationships
  • manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification, to commercial proposal presentation, through to negotiation and order closing
  • actively source new business opportunities across the assigned territory, through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking activities
  • develop the commercial network by acquiring new clients, with particular focus on the physiotherapy channel
  • continuously monitor the sales pipeline to ensure achievement of assigned targets and development goals
  • maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • take part in events, trade fairs, and promotional/training initiatives, also as a lead-generation tool

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of sales experience in the electromedical sector, physiotherapy channel
  • an already established client portfolio is preferred
  • proven ability in managing the sales cycle and sourcing new opportunities
  • strong goal orientation and excellent negotiation skills
  • a strong aptitude for teamwork
  • willingness to travel within Italian territory
  • knowledge of English
