• As a Process Executive in the Healthcare Data (Non-Voice) team, you will be responsible for managing and processing medical and healthcare-related information with high levels of accuracy and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data while ensuring quality and confidentiality.

• Process healthcare claims, eligibility, enrollment, billing, and payment data with 100% accuracy.
• Review, analyse, and update patient records and payer information in line with client guidelines.
• Validate claim information, identify discrepancies, and ensure error-free documentation.
• Work on denials, rejections, and data corrections as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

• Graduate in any stream (BA/BCOM preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience in international voice process/healthcare calling

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with good accuracy.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare RCM process (Claims, AR, Denials, EOBs, etc.) - preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Hyderabad office
