Enovis Surgical Benelux - Orthopedic Medical Devices

Enovis is a global medical technology company focused on developing clinically differentiated solutions that improve patient outcomes. Within our Surgical division, we support hospitals and surgeons with high-quality orthopedic implants and solutions.

To support our growth in the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain activities.

Your Mission

As Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of all warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities across Benelux.

Your objective: guarantee that our medical devices are delivered on time, in full compliance, and with the highest service level to hospitals, clinics, and field teams.

You will act as a key operational partner to the business, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Lead and optimize warehouse and distribution operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, and consignment stock management
  • Manage logistics providers and transportation partners
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock turns, backorders)
  • Control operational budgets and drive cost efficiency

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with ISO, MDR, GDP and internal procedures
  • Maintain audit readiness and quality standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and regulatory discipline

Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop warehouse and logistics teams
  • Set clear objectives and performance standards
  • Coach team members and support capability development
  • Drive continuous improvement initiative

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality
  • Act as a reliable operational partner to commercial and clinical teams

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or similar
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations or logistics
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structured, hands-on, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems
