Medical Education Associate

We are looking for a motivated Medical Education Associate to support medical education and training initiatives across France and international Foot & Ankle markets. The role involves coordinating training programs, supporting scientific education activities, and collaborating with internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals. This position includes frequent international travel (≈50%).Support Foot and Ankle medical education and training initiatives across France and international markets. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering internal and distributor training programs.
• Support training sessions and scientific events in France and abroad.
• Help manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities and educational content.
• Contribute to coordination of Reference Centers.
• Support budget tracking and cross-functional projects.

Profile

• Master's degree preferred.
• Around 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or medical education within the medical device or healthcare industry (orthopedics preferred).
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working internationally.
