- Serve as an escalation point for complex roles, candidate challenges, or sensitive hiring matters.
Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with India business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
- Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts aligned with India and APAC business objectives.

- Guide the team in developing and executing sourcing strategies tailored to the Indian talent market and specialized skill sets.
- Ensure consistent, structured evaluation practices that uphold quality, fairness, and global standards.
- Promote diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices across all supported functions.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Champion a world‑class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Represent the organization's employer brand consistently in the India market, adapting messaging where needed.
- Partner with HR and TA colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding transitions and hiring manager readiness.
Data, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Use ATS and analytics tools (Workday preferred) to maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and pipeline visibility.
- Monitor key TA metrics such as time‑to‑fill, team performance, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
