What You'll Do

Esta posición se crea para participar en las actividades del proyecto de Inventario de Activos Fijos.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS:

  • Identificación y verificación de activos (con base en marca, modelo, número de serie, entre otros).
  • Etiquetado de activos y generación de etiquetas de identificación.
  • Colaborar en la integración y actualización del listado maestro de activos fijos.
  • Crear un expediente para cada activo, incluyendo la documentación de soporte correspondiente.
  • Tomar fotografías de los activos.
  • Apoyar en el análisis e investigación relacionados con los activos fijos.

Habilidades Generales / Competencias / Conocimientos Especializados

  • Estudiante de la Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
  • No se requiere experiencia previa.
  • Conocimientos en Microsoft Excel y Adobe.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva, con sentido de urgencia y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
