What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Regional Commercial, Sales, and Marketing Leadership
- ENOVIS Surgical Sales Ambassador. You are Enovis' Surgical Senior Commercial representative and Ambassador in Export Markets in Central & Easter Europe, and some African countries. Develop the Sales & Marketing Strategy of the designed markets and geographies. Own and deliver regional sales targets, budgets, and forecasts for those markets. Drive profitable growth and ensure effective pricing, inventory, and margin management. Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans for the allocated markets. Represent Enovis at regional and international congresses, meetings, and industry events.
- Business Development & Market Expansion. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging export markets. Lead distributor selection, onboarding, and contract negotiations in new territories and develop market entry and growth strategies aligned with Enovis' global objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to regularly inform and develop a winning sales strategy. Establish the right Medical Education strategy for the marketplaces responsible.
- Distributor Leadership & Market Execution. Lead, manage, and develop distributor partnerships across designated export markets. Set clear performance expectations and governance models for distributors, including attractive and motivating incentive schemes. Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments. Ensure strong execution of product launches, portfolio strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Relationship Management. Build strong, long-term relationships with key distributor principals, KOLs, key surgeons and stakeholders and represent Enovis at international meetings, distributor events, and industry congresses.
- Establish solid Medical Education training programs and exchanges. Select faculties to be developed and to represent highly the colors of ENOVIS Surgical in selected export markets and create bridges of exchange between these markets and Europe HQs and other Centre of Excellence across Europe and the US.
- Ensure the sales organization is equipped for success, providing comprehensive product training, marketing materials, and ongoing coaching to elevate commercial capability.
- Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to define pricing strategies that position Enovis products effectively, driving both volume and margin growth.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, deliver an optimal product mix, and drive profitability through coordinated traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
P&L and Financial Ownership
- Develop appropriate financial discipline. Establish a comprehensive 3-year Business Plan including a P&L. Own and deliver the budget each year, including Sales, P&L, and other appropriate financial and relevant metrics to the region. Ensure as well that sales forecasting and regular P&L Yearly forecasts are established properly.

Ideal Experience/Profile of candidate
- 10+ years of commercial experience in medical devices implantable is a must, and experience in orthopedics is clearly a plus.
- Proven experience managing distributors and indirect sales models.
- Strong track record in business development, tender management, and strategic negotiations.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of surgical or orthopedic implant markets.
- Deep technical knowledge of the medical technology sector, including regulatory, commercial, and clinical ecosystems.
- Proven success in cultivating strategic customer relationships.
- Culturally astute with experience working across Middle Eastern markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
