Job Summary

Responsible for addressing the needs of our customers and sales representatives by carefully reviewing and processing all documents received in the shared inbox. This role requires timely follow-up and execution of the appropriate procedures for each request.

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming documents following established procedures.
  • Maintain the assigned site or region with minimal backlog and ensure accurate processing.
  • Follow up on emails and purchase orders to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Provide detailed attention to the coordination and shipment of products within the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of customer service experience.
  • Oracle knowledge (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
