Team Lead, ISO Sales (Hybrid)

About the role:
As the Lead for the ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and ISO Success Managers supporting Enova’s Small Business (SMB) ISO Sales Channel. This role will focus on day-to-day team management, pipeline oversight, partner engagement, people development, and execution against channel goals.
The Team Lead will serve as a key point of support for the team, helping drive accountability, improve partner experience, strengthen sales processes, and ensure consistent execution across the ISO book. This person will work closely with Business Development, Sales Leadership, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, remove blockers, manage escalations, and support continued channel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day performance and execution of Account Managers and ISO Success Managers across OnDeck Products.
- Drive accountability to monthly sales targets, quotas, pipeline goals, and key performance metrics.
- Support team members with pipeline management, partner follow-up, policy questions, process guidance, and production needs.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funnel metrics at both the team member and ISO partner level to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Lead team huddles, participate in sales meetings, and provide updates in leadership meetings as needed.
- Coach team members through regular feedback, performance check-ins, development conversations, and employee assessments.
- Partner with Business Development to support partner strategy, strengthen ISO relationships, and maximize activity across key accounts.
- Own and manage escalations to Operations, Underwriting, Fraud, and other internal teams to remove blockers and improve partner/customer experience.
- Roll out key product, process, policy, and HR-related updates to the team, ensuring clear communication and adoption.
- Optimize partner coverage and book management across Account Managers and ISO Success Managers.
- Maintain a strong sales culture built on accountability, urgency, teamwork, commitment, and partner success.
- Identify process gaps, partner friction points, and business opportunities that can support continued ISO channel growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ISO partner management, relationship building, compliance expectations, and sales process execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, partner management, business development, or a related revenue-focused role.
- Experience in SMB lending, financial services, or the ISO landscape is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance, managing partner relationships, and exceeding revenue or production targets.
- Expert understanding of consultative sales, pipeline management, and retention strategies, with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, business acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence a team; previous people management experience is preferred. but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, or MicroStrategy).
Compensation:
The budgeted annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.This role qualifies for additional compensation through a performance-based incentive plan. The On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary, target bonus performance at 100% attainment, and long term incentive in the form of restricted stock units, is $160,000 to $180,000. Please note that incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is dependent on achieving defined performance metrics.
