Senior Education Manager, Bobbi Brown, APAC

Overview:

You will lead the execution and localization of global programs to ensure programs and formats are consumer oriented, regionally relevant, results driven and support brand initiatives for the Asia Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Education & Strategy Implementation

• Lead the cascade of all curriculum with the Education Managers & Commercial Education in the region with an Omni-mindset, ensuring a seamless journey O2O

• Adapt Global Education & Artistry strategy and programs for regional and local relevance

• Set clear expectations with Education and Artistry team and translate business objectives into education needs by understanding the business priorities and its implication on the field selling approach.

• Work with affiliate Education & Artistry teams to ensure consistency in execution and delivery of key brand messaging and programs

• Work with Education & Artistry Managers to implement education calendars and artistry development

• Play a key role in coordinating with APAC Affiliates on consolidated tasks such as translations, adaptation, and delivery of education materials (incl. customization), launch of education programs etc.

• Set clear brand image, sales and service standards and ensure affiliates are adhering.

2) Retail & Strategy Implementation

• Partner and support "productivity at the door" and BB MU Recovery initiative to optimize retail metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention)

• Plans and execute Regional and Market-led events in key markets, including collaboration and development of content & execution plans for both virtual & retail events

• Optimize Service articulation - update & train on service menu to ensure optimized market-relevance, lead service KPI tracking & incentives

• Feed into Sales Incentive Program & infuse BB-specific metrics (Hero sales & service), track & measure success

• Partner with Corporate Retail Lead on retail actions plans, follow ups, KPI tracking and opportunities, and deliver reports to BGM/VPGM/Global

3) Go-To-Market Strategy & Implementation

• Align Educational strategies & tactics with Regional & Affiliate business plan and quarterly priorities to gain share on Heroes & drive Complexion category leadership

• Develop training modules & guidance to support NPL and marketing campaigns

• Ensure that campaigns/NPL/Programs are executed successfully online/in-store in key markets through the commercial Artistry POV focused on benefits storytelling, technique, and content creation

• Support Global/Regional/Affiliate with virtual/social selling, livestreaming & virtual consultation training & best practices; measure KPIs & report on progress

4) Content Creation Support

• Collaborate with Artistry & Consumer Engagement regionally on social media strategies and influencer programs to drive OL recruitment, awareness and share of voice

• Lead by example by creating content to post on social to support regional campaigns and programs

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Strong retail/education/artistry skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, selling, and teaching skills
  • Proven ability to develop education materials ensuring sales goals are met
  • Experience developing training programs includes digitals/vertical training
  • Excel, PPT and Microsoft Office proficient
