About the Job

As a key member of the EMEA online team, the online assistant will support the execution of strategic pillars defined by the team, to reach the yearly net sale targets, across online channels including B.com, 3PP, Pure Player and E-retailers.

• With a strong focus on supporting Pure player & E-retailer channels, the online assistant will:
  • Support the EMEA online team to update all toolkits to drive PP & E-retail business
  • Be the point of contact to support E-merchandising execution across E-players
• On a cross-channel basis, the online assistant will :
  • Deliver regular reporting to tracker performance KPIs
  • Sharing assets & resources with affiliates to ensure campaign execution in excellence
  • Contribute to team preparatory work for strategic brand meetings

• Support the Online manager and the Online assistant in coordinating.
• Support affiliate teams in animation plans: site updates, daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of 21 EMEA affiliates using Power BI, Analytics 360 and Insight 360.
• Automation of all Estee Lauder Online business products on a single platform for affiliates.
• Support in transforming 21 EMEA Brand sites' SPP displays.
• Support in CRM Newsletters brief and projects follow up.
• Responsible for new product launches online and analyzing their performance.
• Responsible for Estee lauder KSMs such as Black Friday and Holidays to reach the target on brands', retailers' and pure players' sites.
• Provide support in managing E-com affiliates to prepare and implement new features: VTOs, beauty quiz, engraving and many more.
• Provide support to the consumer engagement brand team and the product marketing team for assets and copies.

• Online execution regional or global projects follow up.
• Use Business Tools and Microsoft Office in order to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Use tools such as Alfresco to aid in improving the outlook of the brand sites.
• Be the main Point of Contact for escalations between the Global team and the affiliates.
• Take up the role of assisting all affiliates to attain the required assets and product copies.
• Provide support to retailers and pure players to improve brand outlook on a global scale.
• Strategize implementation of product launches in the right fashion to allow enough time for implementation by all affiliates.
• Provide support to Marketing and Consumer Engagement Teams for Online assets.
• Use Power BI in order to analyze sales' performances during KSM's such as Cyber Month.

• Available 6 months starting JULY 2024
• Internship Agreement provided by your school is mandatory
• Minimum Education Level: BAC+5
• Minimum Years and Area of Experience: at least 1 year
• Required Language Proficiency: English. French would be a plus.
• Licenses or Certifications: Business school Programme Grande école Degree, Digital & E-commerce & Social media Degree
