Assistant Accounting Manager, OTC
What You Will Achieve
• Reporting to Financial Controller; Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for OTC and Retail Accounting daily operations
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Shared Service Centre (SSC) for daily operations
• Manage monthly closing of OTC processes and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Manage and built relationship with key stakeholders covering end to end processes
• Monitor progress and performance of the team, provide feedback and identify improvement area
• Lead the team to achieve performance targets
• Ensure OTC processes are compiled with SOX requirement and company policies, procedures and legal statutory requirements
• Assume the role of OTC and Retail accounting functions, Cash Application, Order releasing, Collection, Credit Management, Mall voucher reconciliation, Sales audit arrangement and Commission related activities
• Responsible for the review of Macau financials, audits and tax filing

Qualifications
What You Will Need
• Degree holder in Accountancy
• CPA or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in AR functions with 2-3 years in management position
• Experience in Shared Service Centre will be advantageous
• Detail-oriented with a focus on driving performance and deadlines
• Good leadership experience in guiding a small team
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP system operation is a must
• Previous retail business experience will be an advantage
• Good English and Chinese Language skills
