Job Description

We are looking for a Program Management Senior Associate to map, monitor and improve processes as part of the Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy team.

The Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy team plays an important role in driving sustainability impact at scale, creating value for our customers and cultivating world class talent. This is achieved by working closely with all levels in the company to help in defining and driving forward strategic, operational and organizational improvements at Ecovadis.

This position demands a solid understanding of internal business processes, strong communication and project management skills and a willingness to learn and explore new tools and ways of data analysis.  It also demands high attention to detail, a rigorous and analytical mindset, internal and external customer focus, heightened cross-cultural business skills, technical agility (such as Celonis or/and basic SQL), collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping and Maintenance: Conduct initial mapping and ongoing maintenance of existing internal processes within your designated area of expertise.
  • Operational Excellence: Support frontline teams in achieving operational excellence by optimizing processes through comprehensive analysis and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Efficiency and Automation: Proactively identify inefficiencies in frontline workflows (leveraging Process Mining and Lean Six Sigma methodologies) and support the implementation of AI-driven (self-service) automation to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate velocity in close coordination with our Program Manager, who would support the full adoption by Frontline and coordination with Tech teams if required.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain pertinent reporting and KPIs to effectively monitor implemented changes and ensure sustained operational excellence.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster knowledge sharing across the frontline through close collaboration with the Enablement Team.
  • Global Alignment: Work in close collaboration with the Central Quality team to ensure that "local optimization" efforts are aligned with "global EcoVadis" standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)
  • Previous experience of leading complex projects or implementation of new initiatives that involve high change management stakes.
  • Knowledge of lean and/or agile process improvement and project management is a plus
  • 3+ years working experience in sales capacity
  • 3+ years process/project  management/coordination experience.
  • Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from multiple teams and locations to accomplish company goals
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in G-Suite products, Salesforce 
  • Ability to work well in an international start-up team environment
  • Tech agility including knowledge of basic SQL and/ or Celonis and/or Databricks is a plus
