This role sits at the center of our innovation-to-market engine-translating emerging clinical insights and AI capabilities into scalable, commercially successful products that improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

You will partner closely with the Clinical Leadership Team, including Clinical Innovation, Clinical Editorial, Technology, Commercial, and Marketing leaders, to align vision, investment, and execution across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Co-develop and execute an innovation-to-market strategy with the Clinical Leadership Team, ensuring clinical and AI innovations become differentiated, market-ready solutions.
  • Lead the creation of data-informed product roadmaps that balance near-term delivery with long-term competitive advantage.

  • Partner closely with Clinical Innovation, Editorial, Technology, Business Development, and Commercial teams to align strategy, operations, and execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and lead a high-performing Product Management organization with clear standards for rigor, transparency, accountability, and application of Pragmatic Marketing Framework principles.
  • Own the full product lifecycle-from market discovery and concept validation through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement scalable frameworks for prioritization, agile execution, go-to-market readiness, and performance management.
  • Establish robust customer, clinician, and commercial feedback loops to ensure products deliver measurable clinical and business value.

Innovation-to-Market Leadership

  • Translate AI-driven decision support, predictive analytics, and precision-clinician concepts into cohesive product offerings with clear positioning and business models.
  • Assess readiness of innovations to scale and collaborate on incubation, pilots, and enterprise deployments.
  • Leverage real-world data, usage analytics, and outcomes evidence to refine strategy and optimize product performance.
  • Ensure deep understanding of clinical care teams and personas to deliver solutions that fit real-world healthcare workflows.

Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Develop, mentor, and elevate Product Directors and Managers while fostering a culture that blends creativity with operational discipline.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Clinical Editorial, and Operations.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations on portfolio planning, business cases, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.

Your Team

You will lead the Product Management function within EBSCO Clinical Decisions and operate as a core member of the Clinical Leadership Team. This cross-functional group brings together clinical expertise, editorial excellence, technology, and commercial strategy to deliver trusted, evidence-based solutions at the point of care.

About You

  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience, ideally in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or data intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated success scaling products from concept to commercial impact in complex, regulated environments.
  • Strong strategic, operational, and analytical skills, with the ability to move fluidly between vision and execution.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, healthcare data, interoperability, and interprofessional clinical workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
