WMS Optimization Data Analyst
Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a WMS Optimization Data Analyst in Lancaster, TX.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What you'll do:
Job Summary
The WMS Optimization & Data Analyst is a single, integrated role responsible for optimizing warehouse management system (WMS) performance while developing data-driven digital solutions that support production efficiency and customer delivery. This role serves as the bridge between Operations, Production, and IT, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities - WMS Optimization
• Serve as the site subject-matter expert for the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan, SAP).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS issues impacting inventory, production, shipping, or receiving.
• Coordinate system testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements or configuration changes.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve system-driven processes and performance.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train end users and reinforce standard system usage.
Key Responsibilities - Data Analytics & Digital Solutions
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports supporting production and customer delivery.
• Transform WMS, ERP, and production data into actionable operational insights.

• Develop automation to reduce manual reporting and improve data timeliness.
• Support root cause and trend analysis for production and service failures.
• Define and document standard metrics and reporting logic.
• Collaborate with WMS IT to improve data accessibility and integrity.
Performance Measures
• Reduction in WMS-related production disruptions.
• Improved accuracy and adoption of operational reporting.
• Reduction in manual reporting effort.
• Improved on-time and in-full customer delivery performance.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two (2) years working with WMS or ERP systems in Operational environments
• Experience supporting warehouse, production, or distribution environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• SAP/Manhattan experience
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
Skills:
Technology & Analytics Skills
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Foundational SQL for querying and aggregating operational data.
• Python (beginner to intermediate) preferred for data manipulation and report automation.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred in developing dashboards with static data streams.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Apps preferred.
