What you'll do:

Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead the team, ensuring efficient and accurate processes for receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory control. Drive process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Requires strong cross-functional coordination, ERP experience, and at least 3 years of warehouse management experience.

"1. Daily Operations Management and Strategic Planning
a.Ensure warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, finished goods shipping, and inventory counting) operate efficiently and accurately in compliance with
company standards.
b.Control warehouse-related costs (internal/external transportation, overtime management).
c.Dynamically adjust warehouse storage strategies in response to changes in product mix.
2. Team Leadership and Performance Management
a.Assign daily tasks effectively to achieve goals while maintaining team cohesion and morale.
b.Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback.
c.Develop organizational talent development plans.
3. Cross-Department Communication and Coordination
a.Ensure assigned tasks are completed promptly through effective collaboration.
4. Issue Escalation and Problem-Solving
a.Escalate abnormal issues promptly and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Process Improvement Initiatives
a.Lead warehouse-related improvement projects (cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and quality reinforcement)."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above
3~4 years related area in manufacturing sector

Skills:

"1.Warehouse Operations: Proficient in standard processes such as receiving, storage, kitting, shipping, and cycle counting.
2.ERP System Proficiency: Experienced in Unity SAP inventory management and report analysis.
Inventory Control and Analysis: Skilled in maintaining inventory accuracy, turnover rate.
3.Material and Finished Goods Flow Management: Knowledge of material supply chain and outbound shipping processes in manufacturing.
4.Warehouse Space Planning: Ability to design storage layouts and optimize workflows to maximize utilization.
