Vice President - Strategy and Program Management, Aerospace Group
Eaton Aerospace is seeking a Vice President, Strategy & Program Management to join the Aerospace Group's senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the President of the Aerospace Group, this executive will lead the strategy and program management function for a business segment generating more than $4B USD in annual revenue.
This leader will partner closely with functional, divisional, and enterprise teams to shape long term strategy, drive program execution excellence, and enable sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings deep aerospace industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and demonstrated capability in leading complex, global teams. They are action oriented, analytically sharp, and skilled at synthesizing information to influence decision making across a matrixed organization.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $227000 - $333000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you'll do:
Strategy Leadership:
• Lead the annual strategic planning cycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and external market dynamics.
• Develop and deploy a rigorous strategy execution framework across the Aerospace Group.
• Facilitate strategic reviews and performance tracking to ensure visibility, accountability, and results.
Program Management Excellence:
• Lead global program management processes, driving consistency in methodologies, tools, and governance aligned to the Eaton Business System and industry best practices.
• Establish and manage common program performance metrics across the Aerospace portfolio.

• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies for high impact, cross divisional programs.
• Evaluate and designate platform leadership for programs that span multiple divisions to ensure effective ownership and execution.
Leadership & Culture:
• Champion leadership development, capability building, and succession planning across strategy, marketing, and program management teams.
• Serve as a key member of the Aerospace Senior Leadership Team, helping drive both short term and long term business objectives.
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program management professionals globally.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and/or business development.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• This role requires access to U.S. export controlled information. Candidates must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b) and be eligible for special access programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Aerospace industry experience.
