Validation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze product testing requirements and develop test plans for three-phase UPS or energy storage products.
• Conduct performance testing, assist R&D in troubleshooting and problem resolution, and complete test reports.
• Continuously update and improve test standards and test cases based on market requirements, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of experience in UPS testing, with the ability to independently take full responsibility for UPS validation, including test planning, execution, reporting, issue logging, and tracking.
• Good understanding of single-phase or three-phase UPS architecture and operating principles; familiar with testing standards such as IEC 62040-3 and TLC.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
• Experience in energy storage testing or white-box testing is preferred.
• Experience with LabVIEW or C# development is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work under pressure and overtime when required.
• English proficiency: CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
