  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, assist with ensuring technical compliance, successful field trials, product approval and onsite support where required.
  • Manage contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with Eaton's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to capture technical requirements for future tenders, highlight Eaton's technical advantages, and identify areas where product development is needed to meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, project management, and engineering to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce to support forecasting and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical and/or electrical trade skills preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate on a global level.
  • Practical approach and result-orientated attitude.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with bonus and car allowance
  • Inclusive working environment
