Training Supervisor - Fibrebond
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Training Supervisor - Fibrebond. This role will take place at our growing facility in Minden, LA. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and maintaining training and orientation needs campus wide. This position will partner closely with operations to determine competency requirements for various jobs and design and maintain trainings as required.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:
- Own and develop the site-wide training programs for a workforce of ~1,100 fulltime, contingent workers and contractors, including new hire orientation, on the job training and compliance trainings.
- Lead a team of training associates to execute production training to meet customer demands.
- Develop training content utilizing various media including, but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, video & photography.
- Partner with functional leaders to determine training needs and ensure compliance with internal systems and legal regulations.
- Manage site-wide training updates and communications via monthly reports, newsletters, meetings & monitors.
- Support special projects, internal and external benchmarking, and facilitate training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
Basic (required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting administrative processes.
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing presentations and/or training content.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development from an accredited institution.
- 2 years' experience leading people.
- 1 year of experience developing video content.
- 1 year of experience supporting HR processes.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment while meeting set targets .
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and MQ1.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams without authority.
- Self-motivated / directed individual with well demonstrated written and verbal skills, along with great organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Effective meeting facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to present to large audiences.
- Attention to detail and thorough analytical skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime in support of business needs.
- Ability to manage conflict while maintaining a professional posture.
