Test Engineer

What you'll do:

Responsible for ensuring products meet quality, reliability, and safety standards before reaching customers. This role involves designing test procedure/software, testing equipment optimization, test data analysis, and continuous improvement in testing accuracy and efficiency across the production line.

1, Develop and optimize test software/procedures for PCBA, finish goods, or integrated manufacturing products testing

2, Design, implement, and maintain test fixtures, test stations, and test systems to support mass production.

3, Perform root cause analysis for test failures and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues.

4, Monitor test data and yield rates, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to improve manufacturing quality.

5, Support new product introduction (NPI) by participating in test plan development and validation activities.

6, Ensure compliance with safety, industry standards, and company guidelines throughout all test-related processes.

7, Provide technical training and documentation for production operators and maintenance technicians.

8, Continuously optimize test efficiency, reducing cycle time while maintaining testing integrity and accuracy.

9, Integrating test system with MES for testing data analysis and traceability monitoring to improve testing cost and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, hardware or related fields).
Experience in manufacturing test processes, test equipment connections, or automated test systems.

Proficiency in test-related tools or software, such as LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or PLC programming (depending on product type).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of interpreting test data and diagnosing technical issues.
Understanding of DFT (Design for Test), SPC, Six Sigma, and other quality tools is a plus.
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
English reading and writing proficiency for documentation and communication with global teams.
Knowledge/Experience in manufacturing environment testing integration with I4.0/digitalization is a plus
