Team Leader
What you'll do:
To achieve targeted output within quality norms & Trains to new members.
a. To achieve targeted output at all operations within quality norms,
b. To arrange man power as per load.
c. To give first piece approval.
d. To monitoring spc, daily checklist sheet, hourly monitoring sheet.
e. To motivate team members , by developing there skills and delegating them , Specific responsibilities. & to explain them importance or power of team work.
f. Multi -skilling the team members.
g. Daily rework and rejection analysis. Discussion with team members on the same.
h. To concentrate on line bottleneck operations. & to make plan on that how to overcome.
i. To implement the new system on daily basis. And encourage to team members.
j. To counsel the team members for boosting the productivity of the line.
k. To Dictate the team for the line production , rejections ,by taking
Necessary actions.
l. To bring awareness among the team members for effective implementation of 5 's.
m. Daily review of final inspection details with team members in meeting.
n. To collect the team member problem's and try to solve the problems as possible as.
Qualifications:
- Six sigma , 5 ' s, Lean Manufacturing , Problem solving technique , Root cause analysis.
- Education and Experience - DME WITH 8-9YRS EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION & QUALITY FIELD.
Skills:
The individual in this position must be able to pull in resources from all departments (ME, QA , PURCHASE ,STORES ) to effective solve problems in the plant quickly and effectively. The individual must take ownership for manufacturing and issues related to making a quality product in a timely and cost effective manner.
