Sustainability & ESG Reporting Leader -Supply Chain

We're now hiring a Sustainability & ESG Reporting Lead -Supply Chain for our Dublin based at our global headquarter office in Dublin (hybrid). This is a strategic and highly cross-functional role, interfacing with Supply Chain, Legal, Sustainability CoE, EHS, Operations, and external regulatory and disclosure bodies.
What you'll do:
About the Role
You'll support Eaton's global supply chain sustainability strategy by strengthening ESG reporting, improving data governance, ensuring regulatory readiness, and supporting progress toward our 2030 sustainability targets. You'll also work closely with regional teams- including our sustainability and regulatory specialists across the globe - acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external assurance providers.
What You'll Do
- Lead collection, validation, and consolidation of supply-chain sustainability data for CDP, CSRD, EcoVadis, and Eaton's Sustainability Report.
- Ensure ESG data governance standards are met, delivering audit-ready evidence for environmental and social reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments (forced labour, conflict minerals, emissions) and communicate expectations across the organisation.
- Collaborate with procurement, category managers, EHS, and operations to embed ESG requirements into sourcing strategies and supplier reviews.
- Support supplier risk assessments, development plans, and ESG performance improvement initiatives.
- Advance circularity projects including waste reduction, recycled-content usage, packaging optimisation, and end-of-life programs.
- Coordinate supplier engagements and data submissions for external ESG ratings and customer sustainability questionnaires.
- Prepare documentation and analyses required for external assurance, customer audits, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, responsible sourcing, or supply-chain compliance
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (CSRD, GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD, SASB)
- Experience working in a large, global matrix organisation is highly desirable
