Supply Chain Projects Supervisor
Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Projects Supervisor. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our Asheville (Arden) NC Eaton facility.
The Supply Chain Projects Supervisor will be responsible for supplier management, materials and services cost reductions, directing sourcing decisions to plan, purchase and manage ETO material for a timely flow of quality goods and services to support customer and plant requirements.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you'll do:
In this role:
A. Establish and direct a management system for the Purchasing function that drives and monitors continuous improvement.
B. Provide training, exposure, and support to foster maximum employee development, growth, satisfaction and performance.
C. Optimize sourcing strategies to provide the best cost, delivery and quality.
D. Track buyer metrics such as invoices on hold, requisition errors, change management, credit holds and QBRs.
E. Establish and track development plans for individuals and the department that are aligned with plant and divisional objectives.
F. Establish and direct purchasing policies, procedures, and strategies to support New Product Development in a highly ETO manufacturing environment.
G. Lead the purchasing function in plant audits.
H. Support divisional and corporate initiatives.
I. Support Project Double Down data cleanup initiatives.
J. Serve as a primary team member for Prolaunch, Project Double Down, Quantum Shyft and Project Depot.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience in SCM functions through Materials Management, Logistics or Purchasing.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Eaton's Asheville NC location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree or Master in Business Administration ( MBA)
• Supply chain experience in high ETO environment
• Experience in commodity management, project execution, risk management and quality and service metrics.
• Experience with driving corporate led initiative and division projects
• Pro Launch - NPD
• APICS/CPIM certification
