Supply Chain Project Manager

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager. This role is located out of Raleigh, NC. Relocation will be provided for candidates within the United States.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 - $165,000 a year.

What you'll do:

• Manage sourcing for new product introduction working closely with Global Procurement spend category teams and SCM CoE, on preparation of RFQ, supplier audits, supplier selection and onboarding, supplier performance management, supplier development, capacity management.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement to align the business and new product introduction requirements with supply chain strategies to leverage scale. Negotiate commercial agreements for spend not managed by the Global Procurement team.
• Work with and evaluate Suppliers on overall performance, total cost, on time deliveries, and planning of future orders and emergency spot buys.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering on changes, revisions of material and New Product releases.
• Provide forecasts and purchasing strategies to vendors that balance demand requirements and obligation risks.
• Lead and manage projects to improve Supply Chain related metrics such as supplier on-time delivery, supplier DPPM, DOH, supply base reduction, supply chain resiliency and working capital.
• Build Organizational capability by developing potential direct reports, conducting training as required and coaching and mentoring supply chain professionals in the organization.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and/or project management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- CPIM or CPM certification
- SAP System Experience
- Kinaxis Rapid Response Experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Skills:

Position Criteria:
- Knowledge of MRP/Material Planning Systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of general manufacturing practices
