Supply Chain Process Lead

As a Senior Supply Chain Process Lead, you'll take ownership of end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Turkey-bringing structure, clarity and performance into a fast-growing and evolving environment.

In this role, you'll balance strategy and execution-from defining processes and KPIs to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong supplier performance, and efficient DC and logistics flows.

You'll work closely with local leadership and regional SCM teams (IBP/BSC/COE) to bring best practices into the organization and elevate overall performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead Materials Management, Purchasing, Import & Export and Distribution Operations
• Manage and develop a small but impactful team of Material Planners (local & BSC)
• Act as a key partner to Sales and the wider business, ensuring products are available on time, every time
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation, shaping how Supply Chain operates locally

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Materials, DC)
• Experience in a multinational environment preferred
• 3-5 years' experience leading teams
• Experience with SAP

Skills:

• Fluent English and Turkish
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for improvement
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Confident leader and coach, able to develop and challenge a team
• Experience in process improvement and driving change
• Structured thinker who can simplify complexity and improve ways of working
• Strong communication skills across different cultures and stakeholders
