Supply Chain Process Lead

As a Senior Supply Chain Process Lead, you'll take ownership of end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Turkey-bringing structure, clarity and performance into a fast-growing and evolving environment.
In this role, you'll balance strategy and execution-from defining processes and KPIs to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong supplier performance, and efficient DC and logistics flows.
You'll work closely with local leadership and regional SCM teams (IBP/BSC/COE) to bring best practices into the organization and elevate overall performance.
What you'll do:
- Lead Materials Management, Purchasing, Import & Export and Distribution Operations
- Manage and develop a small but impactful team of Material Planners (local & BSC)
- Act as a key partner to Sales and the wider business, ensuring products are available on time, every time
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation, shaping how Supply Chain operates locally
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Materials, DC)
- Experience in a multinational environment preferred
- 3-5 years' experience leading teams
- Experience with SAP
Skills:
- Fluent English and Turkish
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for improvement
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Confident leader and coach, able to develop and challenge a team
- Experience in process improvement and driving change
- Structured thinker who can simplify complexity and improve ways of working
- Strong communication skills across different cultures and stakeholders
