Supply Chain Planning Manager
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager. The position will be based at our facility in Peachtree City, GA.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will report directly to the Supply Chain Director, RWD
The primary objective of this role is to improve service levels to Wiring Device customers while ensuring financial targets (manufacturing variances, inventory, sales, etc.) are met. Scope includes all WD product lines division-wide, including all domestic and international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the development as well as the ownership of the division's Supply Planning for Retail and ED and Materials Planning Policy for the division. This position also collaborates in the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process ensuring linkage between the sales/financial forecast, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, sales and customer service functions.
This role will set direction, plan, and execute supply chain strategy for the WD, including inter-unit, purchasing, inventory control, storeroom management. Set strategies to plan and manage the procurement of a large variety of materials and services to effectively support the production requirements across the division; oversee the review to ensure the overall conformance of materials purchased to manufacturing specifications and overall company service objectives.
This role is accountable to deliver and manage delivery objectives for the division and provide strategy to enable the business to meet or exceed the inventory reduction targets established in the profit plan.
What you'll do:
The functional scope of this role includes leadership of:
• Forecasting
• SIOP
• Planning (Production Planning, Master scheduling)
• Logistics (warehousing, Transportation & Distribution)
• Inventory Management
• Materials Replenishment
• Supply Chain Strategy (Supplier OTD, Localization, Consolidation).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Partner with manager and IBP leadership on SCM strategy development and effectively deploy related strategies/initiatives in the businesses and sites/plants to ensure improved performance and alignment to key business factors / key operating factors and critical business needs.
- Manage internal supplier relationships and systems/processes to drive optimized quality, delivery and inventory performance across the inter-unit value chain.
- Coordinate SCM activities and strategies/processes between divisions/sites/plants to promote sharing practices and standardized processes to drive synergies and leverage the power of one.
- Support EBS key initiative deployment including SCM Related EBS Pull Projects and OpA MMA Functional to drive continual improvement and alignment to key business factors and critical business needs.
- Drive SCM continual improvement and goal development /deployment across the division. Work with sites/plants on effective action plans to meet objectives
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in supply chain processes leveraging the Eaton Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) tools.
- Partners with IBP leaders to provide tools for inventory management, SIOP, sourcing and supplier resource management are deployed and sustained to optimize the use of material providing maximum production efficiencies with minimal levels of inventory.
- Support new product introduction initiatives by managing the supply chain elements of ProLaunch and participating in global gate reviews.
- Build organizational capabilities and bench strength through support of functional excellence, training, and coaching. Support SCM long-term succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in supply chain roles
- Minimum 3 years of managing people or leading projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience using an ERP system (MAPICS, SAP, etc)
- MBA degree from an accredited university
- Experience with SCM program and commodity management functions
- Experience with global sourcing and supply base management
- APICs or CPIM certification.
- Greenbelt / Black belt / Lean Expert certification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in supply chain management, engineering, or business.
- Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites

- Strong presentation skills with proven ability to present complex ideas to all levels of a corporate hierarchy as well as external customers and suppliers
- Ability to work within and influence cross-functional teams and senior business leaders Demonstrated knowledge of SAP with skills in MRP, JIT, Six Sigma, Lean Mfg., Kan Ban, and Vendor-Managed Inventory
- Track record of experience in complex programs including but not limited to electronics, injection molding, progressive tooled metal stamping, light assembly
- Travel up to 25% of the time
