Supplier Quality Engineer

What you'll do:

• Planning & managing quality of raw material & prouct
• Planning & managing & monitoring supplier quality including Qaulity Management System, manufacturing process & product quality etc.
• Continue improving supplier's quality
• Leading problem solving with quality technology
• Planning & managing quality of raw material & branding prouct
• Planning & managing & monitoring supplier quality including Qaulity Management System, manufacturing process & product quality etc.
• Continue improving supplier's quality
• Develop new supplier
• Manage non-conformance of raw material
• Other work leader assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above major
• Minimum above 3 years of work experience in quality , engineering or in the same or related industries
• Knows the basic concepts of problem solving and analytical/ statistical techniques, including 8D; Six Sigma; problem definition; basic data collection - pareto, histogram, scatter plot; brainstorming; 5-why's; fishbone; cause-effect; error proofing; Variation Analysis, SPC, MSA, DOE,
• Advanced on Quality Management System on IATF16949,ISO9001,VDA6.3.
• Quality Leadership & team managment
• Good communication skill of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking
• Good team work and strong team driver for product, process and system improvement
