Supplier Quality Engineer

What you'll do:

Primary Function:
Coordinating all the activities of Quality Assurance related to customer. Support to all departments to cover all requirement of customer and assure the compliance with system of Quality in all the processes of manufacture. Support the compliances of the goals of the company (Quality, productivity, Security, etc.).

Essential Functions:
• Directly maintain customer communication to review customer requirements flow down (purchasing, AQE, QE, ME, and Production)
• Communicate especial quality requirements from customer from QE and SQE
• Ensure customer corrective action has been implemented.
• PO review and assure to overall requirement from customer
• Attends Customer and FAA/DCMA audits.
• Responsible of follow up deviation requested to customer
• Responsible of follow up product return from customer, investigation, and resolution with QE.
• Site government property rep.
• Responsible of Regulatory req. FAA and DCMA
• Integrates the New regulations and customer requisition
• Responsible of follow up requirement on customer web.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of related experience
• Bilingual English/ Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Good communication skills
• Computer Skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Understanding of problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality registration schemes and certification processes (ISO9000 or AS9100)
