Supervisor Calidad

Eaton's EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Supervisor Calidad.

What you'll do:

Achieve target results for key quality indicators and the GEIS Iztapalapa by leading quality improvement projects and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Ensure supplier quality controls that sustain product and process standards through continuous monitoring, follow-up, and QMS maintenance, supported by continuous improvement tools.Coordinate all metrology activities, including product validation processes with external institutions, and oversee site laboratory operations.

Responsabilidades laborales
1. Responsible for leading and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including audit non-conformities, warranty issues, and actions derived from customer and supplier feedback, using structured root-cause analysis methodologies to prevent recurrence
2. Ensure suppliers comply with Eaton quality standards through continuous communication, performance monitoring, and supplier development follow-up.
3. Manage laboratory resources to ensure compliance with and successful execution of the annual certification program.
4. Manage the metrology laboratory to ensure compliance with the plant's measurement methods, calibration requirements, and equipment standards.
5. Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the timely and compliant disposition of non-conforming material, meeting established turnaround time and inventory value targets
6. Maintain an effective incoming inspection process to ensure received products comply with quality requirements and are available on time for production
7. Responsible for managing human resources activities, including payroll review, vacation planning, training coordination, and development plans. Drive employee development through continuous training in applicable standards and procedures in close collaboration with the Human Resources team
8. Support PROLaunch project development to ensure successful new product launches and manage quality deliverables related to product and process design changes
9. Follow the Eaton Leadership Model within quality engineering processes, maintaining the integrity of corporate systems, procedures, and site expectations in order to strengthen Eaton's talent and performance culture.
10. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures based on applicable management systems, including EQMS, MESH, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO/OEA), ATEX and IECEx guidelines (as applicable), and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, to ensure compliance with the Management System (MS).
