Strategic Projects Manager
The Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact, cross-functional programmes and projects that directly support the organisation's regional strategic objectives. The role focuses on translating strategic intent into executable initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business priorities, and delivering sustainable value. A strong leader of people, with broad operations or manufacturing management experience would be ideally suited to this role.
The role operates across functions, regions, or business units, working closely with senior leaders, functional owners, and external partners to ensure disciplined execution, effective governance, and measurable outcomes. With the geographical scope of the role will come a requirement to travel internationally and manage projects when they require such attention.
