Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects and deliver visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand presence. This role combines advanced design expertise with leadership and strategic thinking, making it ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
oConceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for marketing campaigns, websites, packaging, and corporate identity.
oProvide art direction and mentorship to junior designers.
Project Management:
oOversee design projects from concept through production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
oPresent design concepts and strategies to stakeholders with clear rationale.
Brand Stewardship:
oMaintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems.
oEnsure all creative output aligns with brand identity and business objectives.
Collaboration:
oPartner with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive visual messaging.
oCoordinate with external vendors for print and production needs.
Innovation:
oStay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to elevate creative output
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Years and area of experience required
- 3 - 5 years in similar positions or related activities
Technical knowledge
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices
