Sr. HR Generalist
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr. HR Generalist. This role will take place at our facility in Dallas, TX. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States.
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is an integral part of the site HR team. This role will lead talent selection processes, deploy local policies and lead engagement and coordination with site HR efforts and strategies.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:
- Assess and select talent and train and coach supervisors/managers on the process.
- Deploy local policies and practices in alignment with values.
- Ensure data integrity in all HR systems with timely and accurate ticket entry and gather data through HR technology systems.
- Utilize metrics to determine the health of the organization.
- Ensure and prepare for effective onboarding and ongoing training of all employees.
- Coach and facilitate employees and managers through workplace issues.
- Deploy performance management systems and coach managers on the process.
- Understand and consider all applicable legal implications when making business decisions and protect the organization by ensuring compliance with all labor when making business decisions and protect the organization by ensuring compliance with all labor laws.
- Field employee inquiries and questions as needed
- Perform team member terminations and offboarding.
- Develop, implement and monitor compliance with affirmative action policies that meet federal and state legislation as well as Corporate policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or an MBA with a Human Resources concentration.
Position Criteria:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong supervisor skill set including but not limited to problem solving skills, developing individuals, coaching, mentoring, communicating, and building a team environment.
- Working in both an office and industrial setting.
