What you'll do:

We are looking for a highly motivated Hardware Engineer with proven expertise in hardware design, testing, and validation. The role demands strong collaboration skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, techniques, and processes throughout the product development cycle.As part of a dynamic hardware engineering team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of products, from low-volume bespoke solutions to high-volume production designs. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of experience in both analogue and digital hardware design, ensuring robust and innovative solutions that meet project objectives.
The candidate in this position will be responsible to:

  • Design and develop new products in compliance with required standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Capture, define, and manage design requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead/ support verification and validation activities for new product designs.
  • Apply best practices in Design to Cost, Design for Manufacture, and Design for Test to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Firmware, Software, and Mechanical engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies
  • Good understanding on Product Certification Standards (IEC/UL)
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that drives innovation and results.
  • A background in Design for Six Sigma methodologies would be highly advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Education - B.E/B.Tech in any one of Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
  • Experience - 5 to 7 years

Skills:

  • Board-level design and development for complex electronic systems
  • Strong foundation in analogue and digital electronics
  • End-to-end hardware design lifecycle management
  • Skilled in component selection for performance, reliability, and cost optimisation
  • Proficient in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting hardware designs
  • Experience in microcontroller-based design and embedded systems
  • High-speed design experience is considered a strong advantage
  • Drive for Results, Passionate, Collaborative, Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed & with Digital Mindset
