What you'll do:

This Sourcing Manager belongs to Eaton Electronics Business Unit. Report to Dvision Soucing Mananger. Works on new supplier development, cost and all other commerial term, meet project timeline. Also manage year over year cost reduction and commodity stratey.

• Delivery the Division objectives of cost saving and all other commerical terms whilst supporting and aligning with APAC SCM regional goal.
• Work closely with funcational team to develop suppliers and products per business strategy.
• Develop & manage relationships with strategic suppliers. Commodity/supplier strategy formation and execution.
• Lead and conduct benchmarking for cost and process, prepare negotation strategy.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or supply chain management
• 10+ years purchasing experience in multi-natonal companies.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience managing Electronics components
• Eletronics(Passive) parts commodity and marketing knowledge
• Stamping and injection commodity knowledge
• Commodity strategy building and execution skills
• Great communication skill and listening ability
• Strategical and logical thinking, quick learning, good problem solving capability
