Solution BD Manager

What you'll do:

1. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Design

Gain deep understanding of customer requirements and provide customized electrical solutions.

Collaborate with the pre-sales team to complete solution design, quotations, and technical clarifications.

2. Solution Promotion & Sales Support

Promote Eaton's end-to-end electrical solutions in the data center industry.

Develop and execute solution sales strategies to support key account development and industry expansion.

3. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Design

Gain deep understanding of customer requirements and provide customized electrical solutions.

Collaborate with the pre-sales team to complete solution design, quotations, and technical clarifications.

4. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis

Track industry trends, analyze competitors' products and solutions, and propose differentiated strategies.

Regularly deliver market analysis reports to support business decision-making.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and service teams to ensure solution implementation.

• Over 5 years of experience in the electrical industry or data center industry, with familiarity in UPS, power distribution systems (LV/MV), busways, and transformers.
• Prior experience in solution sales, technical support, or product management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data center electrical architecture and industry standards.
• Project management capability and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to participate in international project communication.
• Results-oriented, with strategic thinking and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced work environments and demonstrate strong team spirit.
• Industry Leadership: Deep involvement in the data center industry, driving the transition to green energy.
• End-to-End Solutions: Comprehensive mastery of electrical system architecture, covering UPS, LV/MV, busways, and transformers.
