Site Supervisor - Large Scale Data Center Projects

What you'll do:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Eaton's on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards
• Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager
• Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination
• Monitor progress, resources, and performance
• Provide regular updates and highlight risks
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Identify and document additional work or scope changes

• Experience in installation & commissioning
• Experience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale)
• Experience in Data Center projects
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project
