We are looking for a Site Administrator to provide essential on-site administrative support for Eaton's project delivery team in large data centers, ensuring clear processes and accurate site data management. This role requires flexibility to handle unexpected requests while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. What you'll do:

  • Provide on-site administrative support for Eaton's project delivery team at large data center installations;
  • Ensure all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) documentation is completed, filed, and maintained both electronically and physically;
  • Coordinate safety training for new personnel and visitors, including liaising with third parties for required documentation;
  • Manage site personnel records by logging and updating information in the Data Scope System;
  • Organize and track deliveries, ensuring Eaton presence when required and resolving any logistical issues;
  • Collect, process, and report timesheet data to generate accurate overviews and statistics;
  • Maintain daily and weekly work schedules, monitor task progress, and chair weekly progress meetings with management;
  • Gather and file test results, calibration certificates, and asset data from Eaton engineers and third parties in SharePoint and customer systems;
  • Continuously optimize administrative processes while ensuring compliance with Eaton's ethical, safety, and quality standards;
  • Act as a point of contact on-site during team rotations or absences, representing Eaton professionally and supporting smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor desirable;
  • Minimum of 3 years previous administration for a team and/or a demanding environment;
  • Experience in construction or other project environments a plus.

Skills:

  • Fluent English and Spanish;
  • Must be advanced with Microsoft 365 product suite;
  • Additional familiarity with Nexus, Datascope, ViewPoint and SharePoint would be seen as a plus;
  • Must have right to work in the EU.
