What you'll do:
The SIOP Supply Planning Manager leads the supply-side execution of Golf Pride's Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) process, translating consensus demand and financial targets into an executable, capacity-constrained supply plan within Kinaxis. This role partners closely with Commercial Planning (Demand), FP&A, and Plant Supply Chain teams to ensure supply plans are realistic, balanced, and aligned to business objectives.
This is a global people-manager role, providing direct leadership to the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Planner and supporting end-to-end supply and inventory planning across four core sites: manufacturing plants in Taiwan and Thailand, and distribution centers in the United States and United Kingdom.
The SIOP Supply Planning Manager owns the Supply Review step of the SIOP cycle and serves as the primary integrator of manufacturing capacity, long-term capacity strategy, material availability, inventory policy, and network constraints across a rolling 18-month planning horizon. In partnership with Plant SCM teams, this role leads long-term capacity planning, identifying future capacity gaps, constraints, and trade-offs, and ensuring supply risks and options are clearly surfaced to enable timely leadership decisions and executable SIOP outcomes.
In addition, the SIOP Supply Planning Manager is accountable for network-wide inventory strategy and positioning, ensuring inventory supports customer service commitments while meeting working capital and financial targets.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Lead Supply Review in SIOP - Own the Supply Review step of Golf Pride's SIOP process, translating demand and financial targets into executable, capacity-constrained supply and inventory plans across a rolling 18-month horizon.
• Long-Term Capacity Planning - Partner with Plant Supply Chain teams to lead long-term capacity planning, identify future capacity gaps and constraints, and surface trade-offs and investment needs to support growth scenarios.
• Kinaxis Supply Planning & Scenario Management - Own supply and inventory planning within Kinaxis, including capacity modeling, constraint management, and scenario analysis to evaluate demand changes, risks, and mitigation options.
• Network Inventory Strategy - Define and govern network-wide inventory strategies, playbooks, and planning parameters to balance customer service, working capital, and supply stability.
