Shipping Support Coordinator

What you'll do:
- Assist the Shipping and Logistics function at the Luton plant by ensuring timely delivery of products to both our internal and external customers and supporting import/export administration
- Act as the main point of contact for our key customers for shipping
- Support and coordinate EXW (Ex Works) shipments
- Liaise with customers regarding EXW Shipping arrangements
- Obtain and manage freight/shipping quotes for EXW
- Participate in Continuous improvement meetings in order to identify and implement changes that will benefit the performance of the business
- Handle customer-specific documentation needs (Chamber of Commerce docs, Certificates of Origin, ATRs, stamped invoices, Certificates of Conformance, text certificates)
- Coordinate with planning and operation to ensure customers orders are shipped
- Support Luton Finance team with Walk the dock report/clearance for month end revenue recognition
- Assist the GTM team with export/import documentation (SAD - Single Administrative Document)
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders
- Participate in Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the credit team on Letters of Credit
Qualifications:
- Good English skills
Skills:
- Experience within Supply Chain/international shipping
- SAP
- Microsoft Office
- Freight Forwarding Procedures/Regulations,
