What you'll do:

Manage the department assigned by the Operations Manager throughout the shift.The primary function of this role is to direct the production process to achieve goals within the shift.

• Report root causes and actions for output that falls short of targets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety rules.
• Raise awareness among group members to prevent dangerous situations and accidents.
• Check and report information passed from the previous day or shift.
• Observe processes and confirm production starts smoothly; if issues arise, prepare an action plan.
• Control changes in process parameters within responsible departments.
• Monitor production performance, guide implemented measures, and develop alternative plans.
• Check and ensure periodic control forms in departments are up to date.
• Evaluate production results.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding daily production allocations and numbers.
• Plan elements and processes during changes in production cycle speed.
• Ensure correct operation of quality systems according to quality logic and guide employees.
• Monitor personnel issues closely.
• Identify and resolve group disturbances by maintaining strong relationships.
• Follow Kaizen activities and encourage participation.
• Set departmental targets based on those established by senior management and monitor progress.

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related department at a university
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar position

• Familiar with SAP systems
• Strong analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
