What you'll do:
The Service Project Manager is responsible for delivering major customer projects in Norway, primarily data centre fit-outs and other complex electrical or automation projects. Operating within the EMEA Nordics Service Team, the PM manages projects from order to commissioning, ensuring on-time, profitable, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from PO through commissioning using Eaton project management methods.
- Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineering, procurement, service, and external partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and on-site activities, including installation, configuration, SAT, and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reporting.
- Manage scope, variations, costs, and budgets with a focus on margin optimization.
- Maintain a risk register and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial forecasting.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle in coordination with sales.
- Ensure successful delivery of all KPIs: safety, customer satisfaction, profitability, and schedule.
- Lead project handover, training, and lessons-learned activities.
- Engineered-to-order solutions with multiple Eaton and third-party manufacturing sites.
- Significant third-party supplier involvement and production follow-up.
- Substantial installation and commissioning included.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; electrical engineering strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of project/site management experience, ideally in data centres or complex industrial environments.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Electrical and/or automation background (EPMS, SCADA, DCIM experience beneficial).
- Experience with power management, mission-critical systems, or BMS is an advantage.
