What you'll do:
- The role of Service Manager is to lead, plan and manage in-country Electrical Service Business, including service sales, project implementation, testing and commissioning, technical application, fault analysis and solution recommendation, technical training, and warranty support for Power Quality products (UPS 1P/3P) and Power Distribution maintenance (LV switchgear, MV switchgear, transformer).
- Responsible for building a strong service sales team, strengthening existing install base customer relationships, ensuring profitable service and maintenance contracts, achieving customer satisfaction, and providing guidance to generate new service opportunities.
- Accountable for enhancing the technical competency, service capability, and support capacity of the operations team to establish a world-class service execution team, including spare parts support and SLA commitments.
- Align with sales and project management teams to expand Eaton PQ and PD installed base.
- Collaborate with service partners and ASPs to extend Eaton's service network nationwide and achieve geographical coverage in major cities.
- Strategize service business, identify growth areas, and penetrate competitor territories.
- Engage internal teams to establish service processes, warranty processes, and service sales processes in accordance with ISO and company standards.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in coaching, mentoring team members, and developing strong first-line managers.
- Enhance workplace safety and health for field service engineers and service partners by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting team well-being.
- Committed and responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicate the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensure the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any other fields of Engineering
Service background on electrical equipment preferred with at least 8 years' experience
Good communication skill, strong operation excellence, business acumen
